Wildlife Images: Please Help Feed The Bears
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Wildlife Images is looking for help feeding its bears, and it's looking for donations of dry dog food.
Wildlife Images says this time of year it increases the bears' food supply until the weather turns cold and snowy. Then they drastically reduce their food supply. That's what happens in the wild, and it helps induce hibernation.
Their goal is to collect 14,000 pounds - seven tons - of dry dog food for the bears.
Donations of bags of food can be dropped off at any Umpqua Bank in Josephine and Jackson Counties, or at Wildlife Images near Merlin.
